AMIS is a company specializing in the production of digital ASIC products and mixed-signal ASIC products. The company was established in California in 1966, and its headquarters was moved to Idaho in 1988. In the same year, it was acquired by Japan Energy Corporation and became its subsidiary. At present, there are more than 2,000 employees, distributed in the company headquarters and branches around the world.
